You will be asked on the Order Form to request your preferred departure time. If that time is not available, you will be contacted to discuss alternate availabilities.

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

• Must have a valid photo ID (i.e. - Passport or Drivers License)
• Must check in all bags with security
• No handbags or carry-ons will be allowed on the flight
• Must walk through a metal detector
• Personal cameras and video cameras are allowed onboard once they clear through security
• This tour departs from the Downtown Manhattan heliport at Pier 6.
• This tour will not fly over Yankee Stadium during home games.
• We reserve the right to upgrade, alter or terminate any or all of our sightseeing tours due to security, weather or acts of God.

The helicopters used are primarily American Eurocopter products. The state-of-the-art Single and Twin Engine Jet Helicopters are climate controlled, providing heat and air conditioning, along with an expanded cabin, comfortably seating up to seven. Those aboard enjoy spectacular sights and photo opportunities unique to helicopter sightseeing.
